As Workstream's first design leader, I established the company's first design system and user research function, redesigned information architecture and global navigation, launched a new mobile app, and designed AI features including chat to apply, voice to apply, and a job description optimizer.
I led a four-month effort to understand international user needs and redesign or build features supporting 22+ million students and 1+ million teachers. The work coordinated a successful nationwide rollout of student testing across all grades in Egypt.
As one of the original product designers, I led design for Lead Ads tools spanning form creation and management, in-product CRM integration for SMBs, and integrations with Ads Manager, Power Editor, and Business Manager. The product grew from an internal-tools pilot into an advanced suite that generated $1b in business.
I redesigned Mint.com registration, onboarding, and homepage experiences using an experiment-driven approach, and led the overall web design for new Credit Score products, including a dynamic education feature to help users understand and manage their score.
I led a redesign of Yahoo! Toolbar to create a more personalized browsing experience, including a web-based customization wizard, dynamic product alerts, and rich Yahoo! content apps. The work included RITE studies using a live HTML prototype.
I led the redesign of eBay's Feedback System, also known as Detailed Seller Ratings, helping sellers differentiate themselves while giving buyers information to inform purchasing decisions. The work included experimental design research across four countries and thousands of users.
